RBI is a full service converting company. This includes slitting, rewinding, die cutting, scoring and printing as well as warehousing and distribution services. From the front door to the loading docks, our 38,000 square foot facility is committed to customer service and satisfaction. WHAT ARE THE PRINTING CAPABILITIES?
RBI offers single or two color flexographic printing as well as single color flood coating. Our press is 60″ wide with a max repeat of 24″.

PACKAGING
Packaging capabilities on any of the slitters are poker chip or cradle pack.
LABELING
All slit rolls are labeled with product name, length of roll, PO #, Roll ID #, date of manufacturing.
PALLETS/SKIDS
Made to customer and product specification with no material overhang. Poly or steel strapping. Shrink wrap over strapped rolls.
